involved in fixing of a tariff.
Unit – II THERMAL POWER PLANT
Thermal power plant – General layout – Working – Site selection – Materials
required for thermal power plant-High pressure boilers and classification-
Coal handling and its methods, stages in coal storage – Fuel burning – Stoker
firing -overfeed stoker – underfeed stokers-chain grate stoker – Pulverized
