UNIT – II : ADMIXTURES AND ITS CLASSIFICATIONS
2.1 Admixtures: Definition-Purposes-classification.
2.2 Chemical Admixtures: Plasticizers-basic products-Action of
plasticizers, Super plasticizers-classification, -effect of super plasticizerscompatibility
of plasticizer with cement- Marsh cone Test-Retardersapplications-
